Extensive scientific studies have been done (and are continuing to be done) to prove the extraordinary benefits of meditation on our physical and mental health, including:-

  1. Stress relief
  2. Anxiety
  3. Depression
  4. Eating disorders
  5. Addiction
  6. Immune Function
  7. Blood Pressure
  8. Fertility
  9. Inflammation
  10. Metabolism
  11. Energy

I have been meditating now since 2004, and the benefits to my life have been immeasurable. In my view, the benefits of meditation go far beyond even those listed above.

If you are new to meditation, it may seem scary and you may feel overwhelmed. That is why I have created the video Learn How To Meditate In Less Than 4 Minutes because it keeps things very simple. No matter how much of a beginner you think you are, I promise that you can do it too!

Have a go and, as you practice more and more, you will begin to see remarkable shifts take place within you.

Be patient and kind to yourself – meditation is a diamond that needs to be polished slowly but surely before it can fully be the treasure of a lifetime.

With love,

Jess

  2. Jess,
I was curious to see how you’d be able to teach meditation in under 4 minutes, and you not only did it, you did it amazingly well! I hope you don’t mind me linking to this on my website 🙂

  3. These are good tips. It doesn’t take long to get into meditation or even get the benefits from it. When you get into that calm, relaxed state, it can feel really good.

    1. Thanks Steve 🙂
